This product is made from high-strength flexible pure aluminum foil, high-performance pressure sensitive adhesive, as well as single-sided polyethylene coating and silicone release paper. It utilizes three basic types of adhesive solutions, including: solvent-based acrylic adhesive, emulsion-based acrylic adhesive and synthetic rubber adhesive. According to different structures, our product can be divided into three major types, including: ordinary pure aluminum foil tape, aluminum foil tape without lining paper, reinforced (composite substrate) aluminum foil tape. It has found a wide application in numerous industries.
Application:
l Aluminum Foil Tape With Lining:
The product is applicable to sticking the seams of aluminum foil composite, the sealing at the puncture of insulation nail and the repair at the damaged part; heat preservation and water vapor sealing of various insulation wool boards, pipes and air hoses; sticking and fixation of refrigerators, freezers and other household appliances.
l Aluminum Foil Tape Without Lining:
High quality adhesive with super strong adhesion and holding power offers reliable and durable Foil-Scrim-Kraft Facing joints and seams sealing in HVAC ductwork application.
l Reinforced Composite Aluminum Foil Tape:
The product is mainly applied to the sealing of air hose of glass wool board and galvanized iron air hose as well as to sealing the seam and port of aluminum foil veneering.
